Welcome to Mystical Cave (Antipolo)

It was weekend and I was thinking where to go. The nearest place that I haven't really explored yet was Antipolo. So I asked my cousin to accompany. He knew the place and he’s also up for a little adventure.

I like exploring caves. I was surprised to find out that Antipolo has one. They call it Mystical Cave.
Our drop off point was in Antipolo Chruch. There were tricycles that could take you to Mystical Cave. It’s better to go there while the sun is still up. The road heading to the cave seems to be a bit creepy at night (but fun if you’re with a bunch of friends).

Few steps are required before you could reach the entrance.

The living room. Or perhaps the receiving room. The ground’s sticky and muddy.

Stalagmite

According to the care taker, this is what they call bath tub. Water is clean; my cousin drank water from the tub.

And this is the dressing room.

Time to go out. Better bring your own mini flash light.

The cave is somewhat located on the outskirt of the city. If you don’t have a car, ask the tricycle driver to wait for you (but of course with extra charge) for at least an hour. Otherwise, be ready to take a long walk.

It seems to be an endless road. We had no idea where to go, but at least the locals there were accommodating enough to give us direction – as to where to ago and where to get a trike.
